We have developed now the acid recovery system for HCL / H2SO4 / HNO3 / HF. The system consist of undissolved ion removal along with smut and carbon shoot by special HDPE very fine Filters followed by dissolved ion removal by special techniques.  This is really efficient and economical.

Acid recovery with Ion exchange resins and Diffusion dialysis are also available but expensive and problem if high gpl of ions present in waste acid baths and will Oxidiz ion exchange media when HNO3 and HF is used.
